Arrested Development movie isn’t an illusion!

AAHHHHHHHH!!!

I cannot even describe how happy this makes me. A mini-season in Winter 2012 then a MOVIE IN 2013!!!  I have had nothing but mad love for Arrested Development since discovering it my senior year of college (2005-2006).  In fact, I truly cannot even remember how I discovered it right now, but I know that my roommates and I were so freaking obsessed with it that we brought (and by “we” I mean “I”) the season 1 & 2 DVDs with us on Spring Break to the Bahamas to watch during that downtime period where you’re trying to recover from being day-drunk and trying to rest before night-drinking starts.  Man, that was a fun trip.

Anyway one of my very first blog posts on here EVER was about Arrested Development.  It’s even a category from back during my Blogspot days.  Too funny.

If you haven’t watched the show yet, you need to stop what you are doing immediately and go to Netflix streaming or Hulu or straight to Target and get the DVDs for mad cheap and catch up.  It is a FACT that this was one of, if not THE, most clever and well-acted comedies ever made. You do need to pay attention while watching it because jokes from the series premiere will continue on until the series finale and you will never, ever think of the Blue Man Group the same again. Nor will you ever think of ice cream sandwiches, banana stands, Afternoon Delight, magic tricks illusions, or the pronoun “her” the same ever again.

And now for some fantabulous moments after the JUMP:
